My order arrived in good shape , but the packaging felt basic . One side of the box was a little bent , and there was not much inside to keep everything looking neat . Nothing was damaged , so that was a relief , but I expected it to feel a bit more put together . It was not terrible , just kind of average .

I ended up getting a discount on my order, so that was nice. Checkout was simple too, no weird issues or anything. The prices seemed fair, especially with whatever promo they had running at the time. I’d probably order again.

The checkout process was kind of frustrating for me. I don’t mind a few steps, but I usually expect paying to be quick and straightforward, and this took longer than it should have.

The hoodie looks nice overall and the print came out clean, which I was happy about. That said, the fabric is a little thinner than I expected, and the stitching is decent but nothing special. For the price, I think it’s fair, especially if you’re not trying to spend a lot, but I wouldn’t expect it to feel super premium.

The pages felt slow, some of the buttons didn’t work the way I expected, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. It also felt like I was stuck waiting in a queue forever, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.
Using it on my phone was worse. Things didn’t seem lined up properly, the menu felt clunky, and after a while I just gave up. Maybe the products or service are fine, but the website makes everything feel like more hassle than it should be.

The size was just right and it looks really good on. The sleeves were a little longer than I expected, but not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it!

I really wanted to like this, but the fit just felt kind of weird... and stiff? I only had it on for a short time before I was already annoyed with it. The fabric didn’t feel soft to me either. It might look okay, sure, but comfort-wise it was a letdown for me

To be fair, design preferences are personal, but this one just felt a little messy to me. I had a hard time looking at it for long because there was too much going on visually.

I really liked what Bigger Than Basketball says they’re about, you know, helping people and being More than just another brand selling stuff. But my order took way longer than I expected, and when I reached out, the replies felt copy-and-paste. For a brand that talks so much about community, it just didn’t feel very personal. maybe other people had a better experience, but I don’t think I’d order again.

I didn’t really get much of a community vibe from them. I was hoping they’d be more helpful or involved, but it mostly felt like they just made it my problem instead of actually supporting our community.

I ordered something from Biggerthanbasketball for a birthday gift, thinking it would be a cool little surprise. When it showed up, though, it didn’t really have that “gift” feel I was hoping for. It looked nicer on the website than it did in person, and I kind of knew right away it wasn’t something I felt great about handing over.

To make it more stressful, it arrived later than I expected, so I ended up running out last minute to buy a backup gift anyway. It might be okay if you’re just grabbing something for yourself, but based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t use this site again when I need a gift for someone.

Ordered from biggerthanbasketball.co the delivery process was a mess. Tracking barely moved. No real updates. My package showed up way later than I expected, and I had to email them just to figure out what was happening. The reply I got was vague too. Maybe the product itself is okay, but dealing with that shipping again? Not really worth it.

I’ve washed this shirt a few times now, and honestly... the print still looks really good!! It didn’t shrink much either, which I was kinda worried about... so yeah, happy with it!!!

I tried ordering from biggerthanbasketball.co, but a lot of the gear I wanted was out of stock. I checked back few times and it was pretty much same situation. It’s frustrating because the site has nice-looking stuff, but then you can’t actually buy most of it. Not sure I’ll bother trying again.

I reached out to customer service a while back, I want to say it was sometime last month, or maybe the month before, they never really helped me out. I kept hoping I’d get a clear answer or some kind of solution, but it just didn’t happen.

My order arrived, but it definitely wasn’t what I picked out. A couple of the sizes were wrong, and one item wasn’t even the same thing listed on my receipt. I get that mistakes happen, but someone needs to take responsibility here and make it right. Getting the basic order correct shouldn’t be this difficult.
